About me

Are you struggling with feelings of low self-esteem, shame or doubting yourself? Do you feel overwhelmed trying to juggle everything in your life? Constantly battling with feelings of insecurity and worthlessness can be very stressful, challenging and depressing. Perhaps you can't really be yourself with those closest to you?

I will offer you the opportunity to explore the origins of your problems and learn how to handle overwhelming feelings better. It's your weekly space to offload, increase your self-awareness, gain more confidence and a renewed sense of direction.

I have a proven track record of 15 years helping to improve my clients' mental health in private practice and the NHS. I am accredited by the BACP and a certified supervisor.
