About me

Hi, thank you for looking at my profile. If you have any questions or queries, please feel free to contact me. I offer free consultations to discuss how I can help.

Alongside being a CBT therapist, I have had additional training to be able to support people with long-term health conditions, and medically unexplained conditions. I have also completed training in neurodiversity and learning difficulties.

I have extensive trauma training and often use narrative exposure therapy to support people who have had multiple complex traumas. I am trained to use compassion focused skills to explore what is going on.

I have extensive experience with people who are questioning their gender and or sexuality. I also have a good level of experience working with actively serving or veteran miliary personnel.

I have worked within the NHS for over 10 years in various mental health roles. Alongside my private practice I am also an NHS senior psychotherapist, treating people but also supporting trainees, newly qualified and qualified therapists.

Sessions can be held over Microsoft teams, or in person. I hold in-person sessions in Winchester, Hampshire.
