About me

Hello, I am Laura an experienced therapist, here to help. Through sessions we will be able to understand what you are experiencing with your thoughts, feelings and behaviours at the moment and how you have gotten to today. We will consider what changes you are able to make to ensure that you are back living your best life.

I am able to work with individuals or couples over the age of 18, who identify as any gender or sexual orientation.

I am able to adapt sessions for people with neurodiversity or learning challenges. I will make sure sessions go at a pace that you feel comfortable with.

I have experience working with those in front line, military backgrounds and veterans.
