Dr. Skene, MBChB, FRCP, PhD, is a highly experienced cardiologist specialising in all aspects of heart rhythm disturbances. With extensive training and a deep commitment to patient care, Dr. Skene brings over 25 years of expertise in diagnosing and treating arrhythmias, including advanced electrophysiological procedures and the management of implantable cardiac devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators. Having qualified from the prestigious University of Edinburgh Medical School in 1997, Dr. Skene went on to earn a PhD from University College London.

His career in the NHS has seen him take on a wide range of clinical responsibilities, including innovating cardiac rhythm management services and conducting life-saving procedures for thousands of patients. Dr. Skene now provides expert and personalised care in the private sector, offering a comprehensive service that encompasses diagnostic tests, invasive electrophysiology studies, ablation therapies, and pacemaker or defibrillator implantation, all tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
