About me

Hello. I am here to provide support, confidentiality, compassion, understanding and offer a sense of hope when you are struggling with issues. My aim is to create a safe, non-judgemental space and enable you to feel more empowered when tackling the things life has thrown at you.

It may be anxiety, low mood, loss, low self-esteem, family/work/relationship issues, or some other issue which may have become overwhelming and be impacting your happiness or contentment. Lets work together to help you gain understanding of what is happening, tackle difficult feelings, develop the skills to cope and move forward with more joy and confidence.

I am a fully qualified and BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist (Pg.Cert, Pg. Dip, MSc, MBACP) and work within the BACP'S ethical guidelines. I have worked with over 650 clients short and long term. I am passionate about the positive impact counselling can have and the believe that all my clients can improve their lives and relationships, given the right support.
