About me
I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience across the NHS and private practice. I work with a broad range of mental health difficulties using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, CAT-informed, MI, and Systemic models. My particular interests include trauma, bipolar disorder, culturally sensitive practice, and the integration of academic and clinical work.
Alongside my clinical practice, I am actively involved in the training and development of future clinicians. At the Anna Freud Centre, I coordinate a team of practice tutors who support trainees in developing their therapeutic competencies. At the University of Surrey, I have contributed to curriculum development, module design, and the delivery of lectures and seminars.
My international experience in the Middle East and Lithuania has strengthened my commitment to culturally sensitive and inclusive psychological practice. Having trained at highly regarded UK universities, I bring a combination of strong academic foundations and extensive clinical experience to my work, offering clients a compassionate, informed, and collaborative therapeutic approach.
