About me

I am a fully qualified counsellor offering online and telephone counselling for adults in the UK. I have a background in teaching but have worked as a counsellor for the past fourteen years in a range of settings and with a diverse range of people. I offer a calm, confidential, non-judgemental space for you to talk about whatever thoughts and feelings are causing you difficulties. I work from a Person-Centred perspective, which means that we will work together to explore what's going on for you. Without offering advice or telling you what to do I aim to help you discover your own way through the challenges.

I am hold Accredited status with the BACP and have undertaken extra training in online and telephone counselling.
