About me
I'm a Clinical Psychologist and CBT Psychotherapist with several years of experience supporting clients in NHS and private settings. I offer a compassionate and affirming space to explore what's brought you to therapywhether it's anxiety, low self-worth, trauma, OCD, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
My approach is active and collaborative. Together, we'll work toward your goals while making space for your lived experience, identity, and values. I believe in meeting you where you are, without judgement, and adapting the therapy to suit younot the other way around.
I integrate evidence-based models including CBT, ACT, CFT and mindfulness-based approaches. I'm also trained in trauma-focused CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD. Where helpful, I also draw on systemic and family-based approaches.
I specialise in working with anxiety, OCD, trauma, low self-esteem, shame, burnout and stress. I also have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent clients (Autism/ADHD), and people from Global Majority backgrounds. I offer an inclusive space that welcomes all of youespecially the parts that may feel hard to bring forward elsewhere.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm active in research aimed at improving therapy for LGBTQ+ clients. I trained at King's College London and the Maudsley Hospital, and I continue to be passionate about making therapy both effective and empowering.
