Running a preauthorisation for a Lower limb Vein initial consultation at VeinCentre Glasgow

1. Select 'Guided' drop down

2. Insert the below provider numbers into the pre auth:

- 70000690 - VeinCentre Glasgow consultant
- 60012223 - VeinCentre Glasgow

3. Authorise the following:

- Initial consultation (BUN01, BUN02 or 20300) under the centre consultant code 70000690 as per BAU process on Merlin (article ID 24875):

The customer does not need to call back to inform us which consultant they will be seeing.

Any treatment beyond that on the authorisation will need to be authorised separately by the customer contacting us, including:
- If the customer needs an anaesthetist
- The consultant refers them to a different consultant
