About me

I am a humanistic therapist with 10 years experience of client work. I work in both face to face and on-line settings. I work with individuals and couples and have experience with both long term or short term solution focused work.

I have worked with clients of various ages, backgrounds and nationalities. I work from a comfortable room in the center of West Bridgford, easily accessible by local bus routes with ample parking near by.

Areas of interest

I work with adults aged 18 onwards. I offer sessions to both individuals or couples.

I have worked with a variety of issues including, but not limited to, bereavement, loss, life change, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, isolation, self image, stress, low self esteem, abuse, HIV / AIDS, autism, ADHD, fertility, university / exams and perimenopause / menopause.
