About me

I am a fully qualifed accredited BACP counsellor, psychotherapist, and supervisor with 10 years of experience. I am currently in my final year of postgraduate training in psychosexual and relationship psychotherapy. I work both online with clients (worldwide) and in person, offering a grounded and integrative approach that combines transpersonal psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and psychospiritual perspectives�a personal and professional understanding of relationship ruptures and repairs with Neurotypical and neurodivergent relationship structures. I offer therapy honouring who we are, the cycle of our lives, the age we are and the changes that happen around these times.
There seems to be an element of shame around exploring sexuality in our society and within relationships, causing a loss of identity and freedom of expression.
