Hi, I'm Louise � a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT).
My approach is warm, built on mutual trust, and always paced around your needs.
I offer a safe, supportive space to help you make sense of what you're feeling and gently explore what's been making things feel stuck or harder than they need to be. CBT is a collaborative, practical therapy where we work together to understand patterns like people-pleasing or self-criticism, and build tools to support lasting change.
