About me

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, I have experience working in helping clients with anxiety disorders, depression, relational issues, trauma and family conflicts. I believe you are the expert of your story and the aim of the work is assisting you in taking the steps towards change. I am here to support and empower people in that journey, walking alongside them.

My clinical experience spans across post natal services, IAPT, Specialist CAMHS and private practice. I am an Associate for RDA Psychology Practice and am available to offer therapy in Hitchin, Ware and Online.

I offer a non judgemental, empathic space for individual and couples to share their hopes for therapeutic intervention. I draw on evidence based research to guide my practice. My approach is dedicated on improving care and experiences including those who are in need for therapy, incorporating cultural competencies in CBT therapy.

I draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative approaches to trauma, psychodynamic modality and draw upon systemic therapeutic approaches when working with couples and relational conflict.
