About me

I am a Consultant Cardiologist. I qualified in 1993 from Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospitals Medical School, began training in cardiology in 1996 and became a Consultant in 2004. While I treat all aspects of heart problems I specialise in heart rhythm problems (palpitations, pacemakers, ablation). My particular area of expertise is in dizziness and blackouts and I lecture in the UK and abroad on this subject. I have a major interest in the treatment of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and inappropriate sinus tachycardia (IST) which overlaps significantly with chronic fatigue.
