About me
At the heart of my work is a pluralistic belief that there is no single solution for every person. We are all unique.
In all aspects of my work, I integrate theory and research from psychology, neuroscience and philosophy, to provide evidence-based interventions tailored to you. My work is founded on a collaborative and person-centred approach.
Therapy can range from brief interventions, focusing on provision of psychological tools and strategies to help alleviate and manage symptoms of distress, through to deeper explorative inquiry of your inner and outer world, seeking to make sense and understand possible avenues of your struggles. This may include exploring difficulties in past and present relationships via the safety of an empathic and supportive therapeutic relationship.
Through an initial assessment and formulation, we can discuss which therapeutic approach you may find most helpful.
Outside of work I enjoy reading, writing, mindfulness meditation, yoga, hiking, tennis/padel, football and golf (actually, pretty much every sport).
