About me

I have been qualified as a counsellor since 2006.
Accredited with the BACP.
Trained in EMDR therapy.

I have 7 years experience of working in occupational health counselling, working with bereavement, work issues, relationship issues, physical health issues, bullying, trauma, anxiety and depression, abusive relationships, stress.

Trained in mindfulness and coaching.
Experienced in developing and delivering training.

I am passionate about wellbeing and run a wellbeing retreat.

I have also worked with several charities and spent 7 years working as a specialist practitioner in maternal and paternal mental health, during and after pregnancy, including working as a parent/infant therapist, supporting the creation of strong bonds with new babies.
