About me

Lorraine Sorley, Psychotherapist, PG Dip, Registered Member MBACP (Accred).

My passion is working with you to help with your journey in the world. I have been a psychotherapist for 23 years and my specialism is working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma and developmental attachment issues. Although this is my specialist area I also work extensively with clients who present with anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues etc

I am a fully qualified counsellor/psychotherapist. I am a registered with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I carried out further specialised training in 2013 and as a result been awarded the status of being an Accredited Member of BACP.

Training, qualifications & experience:-
PG Diploma in Counselling and accredited counsellor with BACP. Modalities:- Person-Centred and Psychodynamic psychotherapy
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1 and Level 2
