About me

Are there aspects of your life that you find challenging? Perhaps you are dealing with depression, anxiety or relationship issues and would like to break free from some of the repeating patterns? I would love to stand alongside you and give you my full presence and support, and together we can create a safe container in which you can begin to work through the issues that are in the way of you feeling more free and happy.

I am an integrative psychotherapist, counsellor and coach based in Brighton, Sussex and I also offer coaching online. I have been running a private practise for many years and feel inspired to offer what I believe is a very enriching path of returning to our true essence.

I offer sessions online or face to face in Brighton, Sussex, including outdoor Nature-based Therapy in local Sussex woodlands.
