About me
Dr Elizabeth Millward is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with individuals affected by complex trauma and the lasting impacts of adversity.
She provides a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to help clients rebuild a sense of safety, connection, and self-understanding. Drawing on therapies such as EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and trauma-focused CBT, her work is grounded in both science and deep respect for each person's story.
With an interest in the big events that punctuate a life, Liz is able to be a steady and supportive presence in life's big moments, having trained and worked as both a Birth and Death Doula.
