About us

If you're covered by a Bupa policy or scheme and are between 11 and 17 years old, or you care for someone who is, we're here to help.

You can talk to one of our therapists on the phone or on a video call. They offer a range of talking therapies to support a young person's mental health. This includes sessions with a counsellor, psychologist, or cognitive behavioural therapist (also known as CBT) to help with:
� feeling anxious or low
� stress from school or exams
� struggling with friendships or family relationships
� changes in life that feel hard to cope with
� low self-esteem or confidence
� spotting signs that something isn't right (e.g. emotional or wellbeing concerns)
� understanding types of mental health conditions and what the signs or symptoms might be
� taking care of yourself and learning ways to feel stronger in the future
� getting the right support for whatever you're going through

If you've got a Bupa pre-authorisation number, please call us on 0345 266 1046 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and we'll be happy to help. Appointments are usually available within ten working days.

If you need a pre-authorisation number, please contact us through your My Bupa app or call us on your dedicated Bupa helpline which you can find in your health cover documents.
