About me

I have a wealth of experience gained over 10 years from my extensive work in many different settings. I offer an empathic and non-judgemental space away from your everyday life. It is within the safe therapeutic environment that the healing from past trauma happens, and perspectives on your life can change. I draw from various models, so I can tailor the work to suit you. I will help you find your inner resources to help you live in a more satisfying way, with the goal of achieving lasting personal change.

I am accredited by the BACP, and I work integratively. This may mean helping you express the feelings you experience in the here-and-now, or we may look at how your early life experiences affect you and your core beliefs about yourself, which may lead to relationship issues or self-limiting tendencies. I can bring in more solution-focussed CBT techniques where appropriate.

I have delivered therapy in many settings including the NHS, schools and universities, for leading EAP services and within my private practice.

I offer therapy to adults (18+) either via video, phone or in-person. My practice is fully insured and professionally supervised in accordance with BACP guidelines. Please feel free to contact me for an initial consultation. I will answer any questions you may have, so you can find out more about how I work, and we can determine whether we are a good fit for working together.
