About me

My name is Jenny, I'm a qualified integrative counsellor. Integrative meaning that I have trained in a variety of different therapeutic approaches. I live in Surrey, near Hampton Court. I am a huge fan of animals, geeky things (such as gaming - both electric and board) and enjoy live music.

As an integrative counsellor, I adapt my approach to suit you.. I draw on a range of therapeutic models, with a foundation in person-centred and humanistic therapy. This means I'll meet you with empathy, authenticity, and respect, and support you in exploring whatever you bring to the space, in a way that feels safe and manageable.

You are the expert on your life, and I believe the most powerful change happens when you're truly heard and accepted just as you are. My role is to walk alongside you � helping you make sense of things, process difficult feelings, or work towards change, depending on your needs and goals.

I've worked with a wide range of clients, including disabled adults, bereaved individuals, unpaid carers, couples, young adults, and those accessing counselling through employee assistance programmes. Whether you're facing a particular crisis or simply need a space to talk and reflect, I'll tailor the way we work to support you.
