About me

As a Clinical Psychologist and mother of two young children, I understand that the journey into parenthood can be a complex and emotional experience. Whether you're expecting a child, adjusting to life with a new baby, or facing the unique stresses of having a baby in NICU, you don't have to go through it alone.

I offer specialist assessment and therapy to support you during the life-changing transition of parenthood.

I offer sessions online, and will soon be offering in-person appointments in Oxford and Thame.

- Supporting you during pregnancy and in preparation for birth

- Supporting you after your baby has been born, including following birth trauma

- Supporting you both during and after your baby's NICU admission, or if your child has additional medical needs

I also provide parenting support for toddlers and pre-schoolers, enabling you to gain confidence, reduce stress, and foster a stronger, more positive connection with your child during their formative years.
