About me

I am a senior Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working across the lifespan in both community and hospital settings. My career has included posts within national, specialist services for physical health (including cancer and persistent physical symptoms) and neurodevelopmental disorders.

I take an integrative approach to assessment, formulation, and intervention, drawing on evidence-based models including Behavioural Therapies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Solution-Focused approaches, Schema Therapy, and existential perspectives.

Alongside clinical practice, I have extensive experience supervising a range of professional disciplines, fostering both clinical and research skills. I have a strong interest in research and have contributed to the field through publications in peer-reviewed journals
