About Me

Hi, I'm Nad � an accredited integrative therapist working with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression or simply feeling stuck. Reaching out can feel difficult, but therapy offers space to slow things down and begin making sense of what's going on.

I use CBT and integrative psychotherapy, tailoring our work to you. My style is calm, collaborative and non-judgemental. I focus on helping you understand yourself and build practical tools for everyday life.

I also offer culturally sensitive and faith-aware therapy if that's important to you.

How I Work

I offer sessions in person or online. I have over 8 years' experience working in complex mental health settings, alongside additional training in trauma-informed therapy, PTSD work, CBT for OCD and supporting clients with dual diagnosis.

My background in private healthcare has shaped a professional and flexible approach.
