About me
Are you feeling stuck, facing difficulties in a relationship or at work, or finding it hard to manage negative thoughts and emotions?
I'm an experienced psychotherapist offering a supportive space to help you work through problems, gain a clearer understanding of yourself and your relationships, and find helpful ways to make changes and move forward.
I can help with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, PTSD, anger management, self-esteem, confidence and motivation.
My approach is collaborative and non-judgemental, combining practical skills and coping strategies with exploring the underlying issues that keep problems going.
Together we focus on helping you take consistent steps toward genuine change.
I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-based CBT.
These therapies help you understand how thoughts, emotions and behaviours interact and how to address the causes of persistent or long-standing issues. They also equip you to respond to challenges with greater awareness and choice, rather than getting caught up in habitual reactions. I work in an integrative way, combining these approaches to suit your needs and preferences.
I'm an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Accred), in private practice since 2017. I trained at King's College London University and The College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, Regent's University, London.
I'm available for appointments on weekdays, in the evenings and at weekends at my practice or online. For more information, please call or email me.
