About me
Hello, I'm Matthew (he/him), an integrative psychotherapist offering online therapy for LGBTQ+ adults, including trans, non-binary, and queer clients, as well as neurodivergent people, including those with ADHD and autism.
I trained at the University of East London and work primarily from a person-centred, existential approach grounded in relationship, meaning-making, and compassion. I support clients in exploring life's deepest questions around identity, freedom, belonging, and purpose while respecting your autonomy and pace.
Having navigated the pressures of a heteronormative and neurotypical world myself, I understand the impact of shame, masking, and rejection. I offer a space where you don't have to explain or justify your experience, where you're free to show up fully as you are. I work with clients navigating:
LGBTQ+, coming out, and gender exploration
ADHD and neurodivergent burnout
Anxiety, shame, and self-esteem challenges
Relationship difficulties
Existential questions and life transitions
My approach is intersectional and trauma-aware, affirming that every client regardless of race, gender identity, disability, class, or belief deserves respect and safety in therapy.
