About me

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and counsellor. My core training was in Transactional Analysis, however I integrate different psychotherapeutic approaches into my work, In addition to my level 7 qualification in psychotherapy, I have a Diploma in Trauma Therapy and additional training in mindfulness.
