About me
Welcome and Hello
I'm a BACP Accredited Integrative counsellor with a genuine passion for helping people navigate life's challenges and facilitate change. I offer a supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about what's on your mind. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, struggling with relationships, just not yourself, or anything else that you may be facing.
With a calm and down-to-earth approach, I work alongside each person to understand what they need and to support them in finding their own way forward. I believe in the power of listening, empathy, and honesty, and I tailor my support to suit each individual. Being an integrative counsellor means I draw on different ways of working and adapt my approach depending on what feels most helpful for you. This includes person-centred therapy (offering empathy and space to explore), solution-focused work (looking at strengths and goals), and CBT techniques (helping to make sense of patterns in thoughts and behaviours).
I've supported people from all walks of life, both in-person and remotely, and I believe in making counselling feel accessible and respectful. At the heart of my work is a belief in the power of connection, listening, and working collaboratively at your pace. If you're looking for someone who'll work alongside you to help make sense of things, please feel free to get in touch.
I am avaialble for face to face sessions on Thursdays and offer online and telephone sessions Monday to Friday at a rate of 50 per 50 minute session. I offer concession rates to trainee counsellors who are seeking personal therapy.
To arrange an appointment or get more information contact via email.
I look forward to hearing from you.
