About me

I work with adults and couples and I have a post grad diploma in couples therapy. I work towards developing trusting relationships to ensure the best service for my clients. In my work I use a mix of Humanistic, CBT and Creative models to mention a few. My aim is to tailor the therapy to best suit the needs and personalities of my clients. I have, in my 20 years of experience, worked with a very wide variety of issues and clients from many different background. The aim is to support and help my clients work through issues towards a future where they are able to support themselves
