About me

I am a therapist who work with adults, couples and adolescents. I provide a warm and safe environment for my clients to be able to explore, understand and grow. My first training was as in Integrative Humanistic Counselling, but with the years, I have expanded my skills set to include CBT, ACT and DBT and many more. I work with a wide range of issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, gender identity and dysphoria, LGBTQI+, abuse, childhood issues, obsessions and compulsions, addiction to mention a few.
