About me

I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience, offering an individualised approach to therapy tailored to each person's strengths and challenges. I believe that each person's difficulties can be understood in the context of their unique experiences, including cultural and societal influences. My goal is to help individuals process their challenges and develop more effective ways of coping. With a background in working with children, young people, and adults, I support those facing a wide range of psychological, emotional, and relational difficulties. I have experience working with individuals across various life stages and challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and emotional distress. I specialise in trauma-focused therapy, including EMDR, and work with survivors of sexual violence, domestic abuse, and traumatic loss. I also offer support for parents, particularly during the pre- and post-natal periods, as well as those dealing with fertility struggles, baby loss, and birth trauma. Additionally, I work with families navigating childhood challenges such as sleep, feeding, and behavioural difficulties, as well as those managing health conditions.
In addition to my clinical work, I provide professional supervision and reflective practice to psychologists, NHS workers, charity sector staff, and legal professionals, supporting them in challenging environments to process emotional responses and maintain resilience.

My approach combines evidence-based therapies, including Attachment Theory, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Polyvagal theory and Narrative Therapy, to support lasting change. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and make meaningful progress.
