About me

I'm a BACP accredited counsellor and I specialise in providing one-to-one psychodynamic counselling.

I offer sessions in person, by telephone or online.

Sometimes it can be too difficult to deal with emotional or personal issues on your own. Talking them through with the support of a skilled counsellor can and does really help. I provide confidential and non-judgemental counselling in which, together, we can explore those challenges, feelings and difficult life events.

My approach as a counsellor is thoughtful and non-judgemental, and my aim is to help you make the positive changes in your life that you might want.

I work from comfortable rooms in Sevenoaks and in central Tunbridge Wells.

I have a private practice and also I work for a range of organisations and businesses providing counselling sessions to employees. Previously I have been a Senior Counsellor and Tutor at a local counselling centre.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by the Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

I work with adults over 18.
