About me

I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist, a clinical supervisor and a BACP accredited counsellor with 30+ years experience of working in the field of counselling and psychotherapy. 15 years in private practice.

I work with people who are experiencing relationship and family difficulties, anxiety, stress, grief, depression, self esteem, identities, a sense of not belonging.

I also work with people who want to explore and make sense of a general feeling/sense that something is just not quite right in their life and just want a space to be able to talk freely and to tell their story.

I hold a MSc, a BA(Hons) and a clinical Diploma, all in psychotherapy and counselling. I am also a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA). My approach in all of my work, including clinical supervision, is Relational.
