About me

Mr Mohammed Othman is a highly experienced Consultant Oral Surgeon with over 30 years of clinical expertise in oral surgery. He graduated from the University of Baghdad in 1987, before working in specialist dental centres and with the Iraqi Army. In 1995, he relocated to the UK to pursue advanced postgraduate training and further specialist experience.

In 1998, he was awarded the Fellowship in Dental Surgery (FDSRCS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He subsequently gained extensive experience in maxillofacial departments across four UK district NHS hospitals.

Mr Othman was admitted to the GDC Specialist Register in Oral Surgery in 2002. He joined Practice Plus Group in 2010 and was appointed as a full-time Oral Surgeon in 2013.

He has performed a wide range of procedures, from straightforward extractions to complex surgical cases under both local anaesthetic and intravenous sedation. Known for his calm, reassuring manner and technical precision, Mr Othman is particularly trusted by nervous patients and those requiring complex oral surgery.
