About me

I have been a Psychotherapist / Counsellor for thirty-four years in private practice and the Education setting. Spending many years working with Adolescents in a 6th form college. My initial training was in Integrative/psychodynamic counselling, which covered many schools of therapy.

I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor, and I work with individuals aged 18+ for both short-term and open-ended therapy.

Prior to my training as a Counsellor, I worked in Human Resources, looking after the welfare of employees for a Local Authority.

People seek therapy for many different reasons. Often it is because they feel stuck, stressed or they are experiencing relationship difficulties or bereavement to name a few. These reasons can manifest in feelings of isolation, loneliness and depression.

I have been in my own therapy for many years and know the benefit of talking.

I offer both remote and in-person therapy. For remote sessions, these can be carried out by telephone, Zoom or Teams.
For in-person therapy, I have a dedicated home office which is warm and inviting. My home is close to both Osterley Underground Station and Isleworth Overground Station, as well as being served by a number of regular bus routes. Should you wish to travel by car, I can provide off-street parking.
