I offer face to face and online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Rational Emotive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in West Kent. I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist accredited with the BABCP and the AREBT. I have over 10 years experience of working in private practice and the NHS as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have a Masters Degree in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
