About me

I'm a registered clinical psychologist with additional specialist training in EMDR and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT).

For many people, coming to therapy or even asking for help can be a daunting prospect. For others it can be an exciting embarkment upon a new way of being. I'm a friendly, professional and discreet therapist whose main priority is to help you to feel comfortable and safe enough to be able to explore your difficulties with me. As an experienced clinical psychologist, I'm trained to offer a range of different ways to help you to make sense of your distress and find strategies to help.

I specialise in helping people who are experiencing relationship issues. This includes people with a history of difficult life events, adversity, and trauma. I can help you to find ways to understand why you feel the way you do, how your relationships with yourself and others may be impacted, and how to break out of patterns that have become unhelpful.
