About me

I am an experienced counsellor, qualified in Humanistic integrated therapy. My practice is in Arnos Grove, North London and Queen Anne Street, London W1

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and psychotherapy (BACP). I subscribe to their code of ethics as described in BACP Ethical framework.

My practice is relational, I provide a warm confidential space for you to think and talk about the aspects of life that are troubling you. Among other theories, I draw upon person centred theory to encourage you to explore and process your thoughts and emotions in a way that feels safe and manageable.

I also draw upon psychodynamic theory to work at deeper levels, to understand how past experiences, and unconscious patterns may be influencing your present struggles.

I hope our work together will help you to deepen your understanding of yourself, allowing you to develop new ways of thinking and responding that better serve you.
