About me

Dr Beverley Kok graduated from Kings College London School of Medicine in 2008 with Distinction in Clinical Sciences.

Her postgraduate specialty training in Gastroenterology was carried out in the South London deanery and she was awarded a National Training Number in Hepatology following subspecialty training at Kings College Hospital London and Derriford Hospital. She completed specialty training in 2019 accredited in Hepatology, Gastroenterology, and General Internal Medicine.

She underwent further subspecialty training abroad and undertook a fellowship at the University of Alberta Hospital, Canada in Liver Transplantation as well as a further fellowship in Advanced Pancreatobiliary and Therapeutic Endoscopy.

She was appointed Consultant Hepatologist at the Royal Free Hospital in London in 2020, where she practices as a Transplant Hepatologist and Advanced HPB Endoscopist.

Her clinical expertise includes Decompensated liver disease, Liver Transplantation, Benign and malignant Pancreatic disease, and Benign and malignant Biliary disease. She is a specialist in Advanced HPB endoscopy and offers procedures such as Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatoscopy (ERCP), Peroral Cholangioscopy, Diagnostic endoscopic ultrasound, Therapeutic endoscopic ultrasound, Enteral stenting, as well as Gastroscopy.

She is actively involved in training and education and is a regular faculty teacher at the national JAG-run ERCP and EUS courses.
