About me
I have done my Masters in Clinical Dermatology from St. John's Institute of Dermatology (a very prestigious institute affiliated to King's College, London) and an exit exam in Dermatology (SCE dermatology). These have given me depth of clinical and theoretical knowledge to embark on the journey to become a successful dermatologist. I have worked under many renowned dermatologists, starting from clinical fellow followed by middle grade doctor, where I learned the practical/ clinical skills and gained hands on experience. During this time, I was given the opportunity to work as locum consultant, where i handled clinical / managerial duties independently working in various NHS trusts as Consultant with excellent references from the leads as well as the patients and the managers.
I have led clinical governance, done audits and re-audits, led many quality improvement projects including Teledermatology. I formally as well informally teach and supervise medical students, junior doctors, nurses etc. I am a team player, and always believe in the best practices for my patients as well as for the team and the services. I am an honest person, a proactive team player and take responsibility for my actions. I always take criticisms positively, and reflect and learn and endeavour to be a better version of myself.
My clinical commitments / leadership qualities as well as quality improvement projects along with good communication with colleagues and the patients speaks through my work, compliments, positive feedback etc.
MSc in clinical dermatology, SCE (dermatology), CESR (specialist register), my number of years of experience, training alongside distinguished dermatologists, leading quality improvement projects, teaching skills, good communication skills are some of my strengths that uniquely position me for best patient care.
