About me

With over 25 years of experience across both the NHS and private sectors, I bring extensive expertise in supporting young people and their families with a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. My areas of specialism include neurodiversitysuch as Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and ADHDas well as trauma and attachment difficulties.

My approach is centred on creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment where young people and their families feel heard, understood, and genuinely connected. I believe that meaningful change and growth begin with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and empathy.

I am trained in a range of evidence-based, NICE-recommended psychological therapies, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Level 3 and Child), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP Level 2), Theraplay (Level 2), as well as CBT, DBT-informed approaches, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and more.

In addition to therapeutic work, I also offer clinical supervision for professionals in the field.
