About me

Life can be incredibly difficult at times and it can leave us with a head full of muddled thoughts and unable to find any clarity. Often those close to us will initially offer support but their lives continue, whilst ours has stopped because we are stuck in what is going on for us and that we're struggling to manage.
Spending time to unpack those muddled thoughts, lay them out in front of you and make sense of them will enable you to be able to begin to see the way forwards and find room for other things again.

I have experience of working with many issues, with lived experience and a focus on bereavement, loss and grief including childlessness. I will give you time to let your feelings out, whilst the world appears to carry on as normal around you, before taking steps to begin your journey to being who you want to be without your experiences holding you down.

Your sessions can be face to face in my therapy room in central Southampton or online.
