Mr. Neil Haldar is a leading consultant urological surgeon with over two decades of experience, specializing in minimally invasive and robotic surgeries for complex urological conditions. He was awarded the prestigious Allinson Foundation Research Fellowship by the Royal College of Surgeons. In 2005, Mr Haldar was appointed Clinical Lead for Laparoscopic Urology at Buckinghamshire NHS Trust, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the laparoscopic surgery program. He has since performed over 1,000 nerve-sparing radical prostatectomies and 600 laparoscopic renal and adrenal surgeries, achieving consistently excellent functional and oncological outcomes. He has led the way in Enhanced Recovery pelvic surgery, with his results published well before it became standard practice across the NHS. In 2023, Mr Haldar introduced the Da Vinci robotic surgery program at Buckinghamshire NHS Trust, ensuring his patients have access to the most advanced, minimally invasive treatments available today. His team-based, multidisciplinary approach allows for the integration of surgery, radiotherapy, brachytherapy, and chemotherapy, always keeping the patient at the centre of care.

Mr Haldar is also renowned for his expertise in pediatric urology. With more than 20 years of experience in both the NHS and private practice, he provides care for conditions such as circumcision, undescended testes, infant hydrocoele, and recurrent urinary tract infections.
