About me

It can come as a relief to share thoughts and feelings that may have previously felt too difficult to talk about. I can offer you the chance to talk through and think about your concerns in a supportive, confidential environment which allows us to explore and make sense of possible connections between your feelings, past experiences, hopes for the future and what is happening right now. By gaining a clearer understanding of yourself and your experiences it is possible to pave the way to a more fulfilling life where choices and decisions feel more like opportunities than obstacles.

I have previously worked as a counsellor and care manager for the Drug and Alcohol Team at London Borough of Hounslow. For the last 12 years I have worked in community services and in private practice as a counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in London, Henley-on-Thames and Reading.

I am a registered member of BACP and accredited with UKCP. I work within the ethical framework of both organisations, meaning that if you are seeking help or guidance you will be treated with respect and sensitivity in a secure environment where confidentiality is assured.
