About me

I am a qualified and accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Milford, Surrey. I have a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling, and hold a PGDip in Adolescent Counselling.

I offer a safe and confidential environment, working with you to create an individual approach to improve your every-day life.

?Adults, adolescents and children. (10+) are all welcome.
No problem is too big or too small, and everyone is worthy of counselling. Taking the step to start counselling may feel daunting, but investing in your mental wellbeing is truly life changing.

My Approach
I apply different theories and methods to suit your needs, creating a personal experience in a non-judgemental and caring way. Whether it be talking, exploring creativity, or both, the possibilities are endless. Together we will better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

I work with current issues you may be facing, as well as past experiences or traumas, to assist you in finding the answers you are seeking. I can help you develop effective coping strategies, build confidence, and navigate daily life with ease.

I consider our relationship as a key factor in your counselling experience and believe that strong authentic relationships enhance personal growth.

My Experience
Working integratively allows me to combine different therapeutic models in a way that feels most helpful for each individual.

I have experience working with many different issues across both adult and youth counselling, including but not limited too;
Anxiety; depression; loss and bereavement; relationship issues; low self- esteem; stress, anger; neurodiversity; emotional regulation and communication skills.

Youth Counselling
With over 10 years experience as a youth counsellor, I really enjoy working alongside young people as they navigate the challenges of growing up. I am always inspired by their honesty, creativity and resilience.
I offer a space where your child can feel heard and understood.
