About me
I'm a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with a particular focus on supporting individuals experiencing generalised anxiety disorder (GAD) and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). I understand how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can be, and I aim to provide a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where we can work through them together. Starting therapy can feel daunting; especially if it's your first time. I strive to make the process as approachable and supportive as possible, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you.

My Approach
I practise with cultural humility and a strong belief in the uniqueness of each individual. While CBT is an evidence-based and structured approach, I apply it in a flexible and culturally sensitive way, tailoring it to your personal values, background, and lived experience.
I am a self-reflective practitioner who values continuous learning, and I believe therapy works best when it's a collaborative process. You bring your insight and experience; I bring my training and clinical expertise and together, we work towards meaningful change.

Professional Background
In addition to my clinical work, I am a University Lecturer, training future NHS Talking Therapies practitioners. This role keeps me engaged with the latest developments in the field and deepens my commitment to high-quality, inclusive care.
