About me

Are you not feeling your normal self? Not feeling �the old you�? Life can be so demanding that we often feel we've lost our way, it might be a struggle to cope and manage our lives. We're all human we can all be vulnerable to Depression and Anxiety.
We might need a safe space to check in on ourselves, reflect on our lives and find our �mojo� again.
In the last 20 years I have supported clients with all the challenges that life can put us through in particular depression, anxiety and bereavement
