About me
I am a consultant orthopaedic surgeon specialising in knee and shoulder surgery. I have an interest in sports injuries and key-hole surgery and have looked after the professional clubs locally for over 15 years. I understand the needs of high demand athletes and the need for swift, well-defined and realistic recovery plans following injuries and surgery. This pro-active approach translates to all shoulder and knee conditions. Together we will agree a bespoke plan to treat your injury, ensuring your rapid return and effective recovery working closely with specialist physiotherapists. I undertake all aspects of key hole surgery in the knee and shoulder. I have an extensive knee replacement practice with excellent outcomes recorded on the National Joint Register. I utilise enhanced recovery techniques following this type of surgery to expedite and optimise your recovery.
