About me

I am a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and persistent pain management across the UK, India, the Maldives and the UAE.
I assess and treat back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee and other musculoskeletal conditions, including persistent pain, hypermobility-related problems, fibromyalgia, work-related symptoms and recovery following injury or surgery.
My approach begins with a detailed assessment to understand the factors contributing to your symptoms, movement difficulties and reduced function. Treatment may include hands-on physiotherapy, movement and muscle-control retraining, mobility work, progressive strengthening, pacing and advice tailored to your daily life, work and personal goals.
The aim is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help you regain confidence, movement and the highest level of function that is realistically attainable for you.
Appointments are provided at Ashford Therapyhub, Evegate Business Park, with free on-site parking.
