HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist providing evidence-based Musculoskeletal, Women's Health, Vestibular and Rehabilitation Physiotherapy across Brighton & Hove through professional home visit appointments.
Experienced in assessing and treating back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, joint pain, dizziness/vertigo, postnatal recovery, mobility problems and elderly rehabilitation. Special interest in functional movement analysis, manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, posture correction and long-term pain management.
Previously worked in senior MSK Physiotherapy roles including leadership-level MSK rehabilitation and sports physiotherapy environments. Treatment plans are personalised, goal-focused and designed around each patient's lifestyle, work demands and recovery goals.
